From [the UKJP’s manifesto](https://ukjp.org.uk/manifesto/), Tax: _Abolish the £100,000 trap, where the withdrawal of the personal allowance creates a 60% marginal rate on income between £100,000 and £125,140._

Is that the right place to start, or should the first cut reach more people, such as ending the freeze on tax thresholds? Which tax would you cut first, and why?

Any position may be argued here, including that the question is framed wrongly.
